THE PRIZES

Dependent upon the number of winning events within the promotion period, a minimum of one Lowe's Gift Card (ARV $50) will be awarded as a grand prize. All prizes may not be awarded.

The Sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute similar items of equal value to those shown as deemed necessary.

The prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.



LENGTH OF PROMOTION

The promotion period will begin at on October 10, 2008 and end at 11:59:59 PM EDT on October 31, 2008. Then will proceed to start the first of every month and end on the last of the same month.



HOW TO ENTER

Fill out online entry form. The promotion is free. There is no purchase necessary or any cost to register or play.



ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, the entrant must be a legal resident of the of the 50 United States, over 18 years of age at the time of the promotion.

All rules and/or requirements as contained in the Terms of Service including but not limited to eligibility, registration, privacy policy, fraud controls, taxes, intellectual property, restrictions on use of materials, third party links, modification of terms, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and disputes, unless otherwise noted, will apply to this promotion and will be strictly enforced.

By entering, entrants agree that neither the Sponsor(s), any referring sites nor any prize manufacturer shall bear any liability for, and entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold Sponsor(s) harmless from any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from participation. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering, entrants agree that the Sponsor(s) or its clients shall not bear any liability for (a) entries which are lost, incomplete (or otherwise improperly completed), delayed or destroyed including, as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or (b) any property damage or personal injury in any way attributable to this Promotion or the prize, including injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software) or resulting from downloading any material from the Promotion website.

By entering, the winner grants the Sponsor(s) and its clients the right to use the winner's name, address, comments and/or likeness, without further compensation, in any advertising or publicity, except where prohibited. All entries become the property of the Sponsor(s) who assume no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor(s) on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or down loading any material in the promotion.

The Sponsor(s) reserve the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the entry form portion of this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor(s) corrupt the security or proper administration of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, at its discretion, Sponsor(s) shall select winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor(s) reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
